The Member Services/Enrollment & Eligibility staff from AHC, CHCN, and clinics meet the 2nd Thursday of every month from 10am-12pm. Meeting topics include CHCN membership updates and various program updates pertaining to Member Services/Enrollment & Eligibility departments (ex. Healthy Families, One-e-App, HealthPAC, Medi-Cal, etc.).

The On-Site Medi-Cal Eligibility Program training is facilitated by AHC and Alameda County Social Services Agency staff and is attended by clinic liaisons. Trainings occur the 3rd Wednesday of every other month from 9:30am-11:30am.
