Virna Little is the Senior Vice President of Psychosocial services for the Institute for Family Health. The Institute was the first organization to implement IMPACT Collaborative Care which was not part of the original research trial. The Institute started Collaborative Care in 3 clinics and then spread it throughout its 26 clinics in New York City and the Hudson River Valley.

Dr. Little has been a trainer and technical assistance consultant for the AIMS Center since 2007, helping a wide variety of clinics implement evidence-based Collaborative Care.
