The California Child Welfare Council (CWC), comprised of state representatives from all three branches of government, foster family and youth, stakeholders and advocates, formed the “Ending Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children Task Force.” The task force is broken up into four subcommittees: Multi-System & Data Coordination, Prevalence & Assessment, Specialized Services & Placement and Prevention & Training.
